Consumer Teleconference:
Congestive Heart Failure

Tuesday, April 29, 2008
7 to 7:30 p.m.

Congestive heart failure is a condition in which the heart does not pump blood as effectively as it should, causing shortness of breath, fatigue and swelling in the arms and legs. CHF develops following injury to the heart such as a heart attack, long-term high blood pressure, or a heart valve problem.

You’re invited to participate in a FREE congestive heart failure telephone conference.  Register to hear Debra Braverman, MD, speak about the signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure, as well as a new, non-invasive, treatment called EECP.  EECP, which stands for enhanced external counterplusation, is a physical therapy that improves blood flow patterns by inflating and deflating blood pressure cuffs around the patient’s legs. Dr, Braverman is a renowned expert in this FDA-approved treatment. You’ll have the opportunity to ask Dr. Braverman your questions regarding congestive heart failure and EECP.

Register for the teleconference by completing the form online or by calling 1-800-EINSTEIN.  Once you register, you’ll be given the conference phone number and special call-in code that you’ll need to participate.  The number of participants will be limited, so be sure to register today.
